2016 Workers Compensation Handbook

The Workers Compensation Handbook 2016 is designed to provide information to help you understand workers compensation and resolve matters locally. The Injured Workers Support Network has tried to ensure the information provided in this handbook is accurate as of the date of its release.

This information is based on NSW Workers Compensation legislation as passed in 2012 and amended in 2015. Emergency Services, Police, Fire Services and Coal miners are covered by different legislation.

The Injured Workers Support Network is available to union and non-union injured workers for advice and support.

Please consider donating to our service so we can continue to provide updated handbooks and information.
