Mike, will you be paying for my Mortgage Default?

Member receives a final demand from their bank - and passed it on to Mike Baird.

Dear Mr Baird,

Attached is the final notice in regards to my home loan. This is the process that takes my house from my family.

In November you took away support. I'm a seriously injured worked of over 30%. You, however, took away legal fees so I have to run the matter myself because it's so complex (a dozen section 74 notices and another dozen CAS disputes).

The method by which it was done means I now have to appear in the Supreme Court by myself (because Workcover beached their obligation to make a decision). You provide no support for this. WIRO didn't have the power to deal with it - only a judicial review can.

I'm trying to work and I'm getting sicker. My ankles swell to twice their size.

CGU is sitting on about $70000 in medical expenses and refusing me access to reasonable and necessary treatment - even when their own doctors support it (they offered to settle but only if I give up the legal dispute for everything else which I AM entitled to receive. They call this blackmail in common parlances).

Your system penalises the innocent.

The insurers act with impunity and dishonestly (and yes they have - knowingly lying to you minister about what is going on with my claim, denying benefits they know full well they approved, removing management arguing it isn't curative when they know full well it has never been designed to be curative and knowing full well it's for alleviation, management and quality of life, using IME's with multiple conflicts of interest, etc, etc, etc.

The Workers Compensation system does not work. Why should I lose everything because you can't get it right? I did nothing wrong except work hard then, and since.

Now in hospital on antibiotic drip - have cellulitis ( from my condition - why they refuse to allow me treatment for)

    Fix it Mr Baird.
